摘要 市场经济条件下,露天矿山的合理生产规模是根据市场季节性需求而确定.露天矿山为完成产量要求,采用自营设备与外包设备相结合的生产模式.由于短期产量不同,造成自营设备与外包设备数量发生剧烈变化.本文通过灰色预测模型得到满足市场商品煤消费的预测值,在煤炭消费量预测值的基础上,以露天矿山整体经济效益最大化为原则,建立矿山采运排设备数量和租赁参考价格的数学模型.根据周边市场对煤炭需求的变化及时确定矿山生产能力及企业租进与租出设备资源数量,实现矿山企业采运排设备资源的充分利用,达到露天矿山动态经济效益的最大化. Under the conditions of a market economy, the rational production scale open pit mine is determined according to the market short-term plan. Open pit mine to complete the production requirements, using proprietary equipment and outsourc- ing equipment combined with the mode of production. Because the short-term yield different, the quantity of proprietary equipment and outsourcing equipment changed radically. This paper satisfied prediction market commodity coal consumption value through the grey prediction model, the prediction in coal consumption value on the basis of open pit mines to overall economic benefit as the principle, the establishment of mathematical model of mine equipment quantity and lease price reference linear programming. According to the change of demand for coal power plant to timely iden-tify mining enterprises into the rental and lease of equipment resource quantity and reference price, make full use of equipment resources of mining enterprises to maximize the benefits.
