Teachers' Moral Predicament and Cultivation from the Perspective of Education as “Human”

摘要 教师德性在当代遭遇困境,教师"失德""弃德"成为亟需关注的问题。由此,非常需要在教育成"人"视角下厘清教师德性的内涵,在德性伦理和规范伦理视阈下,从制度与自修两个方面分析教师德性培育的双重路径,并促进教师德性向教师德行的转变,化解教师德性困境。 Currently,teachers' morality has been in a dilemma,so as teachers' loss of virtue and morality has become an urgent problem. Thus,clarifying the content of teachers' virtue from the perspective of education as"human"is in desperate need. Under the view of virtue ethics and normative ethics,this paper tends to analyze dual path of teachers' moral cultivation from the aspects of system and self-conduct,following by promoting the transformation from teachers' morality to moral conducts,in order to resolve the teachers' moral predicament.
