我国教师资格认证制度改革的困境和对策分析

Reform of National Teacher Certification System:Dilemma and Countermeasures

教师资格证书制度是国家对教师实行的一种法定职业许可制度,具体规定了担任教师职业的基本条件,对促进教师专业发展,加强师资队伍建设,提高教师整体素质起着至关重要的作用。当前我国教师资格认证制度改革存在着提高认定学历标准、阶段性认定标准、学科通融性以及法律法规不健全等问题。通过剖析当前教师资格认证体系中的困境,分析产生困境的制约因素,提出切实可行的方案,为我国教师资格认证制度的发展提供借鉴。

The teacher certification system is a legal occupation licensing system for teachers,with the specific provisions for the basic conditions of teacher occupation. The system plays a vital role in promoting the professional development of teachers,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and improving the overall quality of teachers. The current teacher certification system in China requires to improve the identification of the phased standard and the standard of educational degrees, subject ＇s accommodation, and to modify the imperfection of laws and regulations and other issues. This paper aims to analyze the predicament in the current teacher certification system,and the restrictive factors produced by it,in order to put forward a feasible scheme to provide reference for the development of our national teacher certification system in China.
