摘要
随着部分学科高中学业水平考试成绩被纳入高考招生的范畴,作为高考招生的直接依据之一,科学设计高中学业水平考试试卷,确保学业水平考试结果公平、合理,已经成为亟待解决的重大问题。本文通过建立题目绝对难度及其比较量规,采用矩阵表示试卷难度,建立了计量试卷难度一致性的指数,问题结构与基础知识、基本技能、基本能力及综合能力的对应关系,等级制高中学业水平考试试卷问题结构的准则,五级评分的规则,题目难度得分,以及基于五级评分划分学业水平等级和报告等级分数的规则,给出了一个只依赖于试题所蕴含问题结构的设计高中学业水平考试试卷的模式,并结合实例讨论了按照该模式所设计高中学业水平考试试卷的科学性和合理性。

This paper discusses scientificity and rationality of the hierarchical high school academic proficiency examination paper by the examples that are designed with the presented model.
