教师资格国考试卷中《教育教学知识与能力》的分析与思考——基于2012年(下)至2016年(下)9套试题的分析

Analysis and Thinking of“Knowledge and Teaching Skills”in the National Teacher Qualification Examination Test:Based on 9 Sets of Papers from 2012 to 2016

《教育教学知识与能力》是国家小学教师资格考试笔试科目的一部分,主要考查入职教师是否具备教师职业基本素养、教育教学能力和教师专业发展潜质,对于教师发展具有重要作用。本文从试卷题型、内容版块、试卷结构三个维度对《教育教学知识与能力》进行统计分析,探究各维度考查的特征,对于把握《教育教学知识与能力》在教师资格国考试卷中的规律以及教师教育职前培养提出思考和建议。

＂ Knowledge and Teaching Skills＂ is a part of the national primary school teacher qualification examination, the main purpose of which is to check whether the pre - service teachers have the basic qualities of teachers profession, the ability of education and teaching, and the potential of teachers＂ professional development. These elements play important roles in a teacher＇ s professional development. This paper statistically analyzes ＂Knowledge and Teaching Skills＂ from the question types, contents and structure of the test paper and explore the characteristics of three aspects. These analyses are beneficial to grasp the exam point of ＂Knowledge and Teaching Skills＂ in the National Teacher Qualification Examination, provide some suggestions to students to prepare test and offer some practical reference to teachers＇ pre -service training.
