近年来,涉考行政诉讼案件增多,教育考试机构应诉压力较大。深入分析近五年来全国已生效并公开的43份涉考行政诉讼案件裁判文书可以发现,涉考行政诉讼案件的主要特点、考试机构及工作人员存在的易发法律风险点。为防范和化解涉考行政诉讼风险,教育考试机构应加强法制宣传教育、队伍建设以及考试治理的长效机制。
