Current Situation and Improvement of Incentive System of Graduate Students

作为高等教育的最高层次,研究生教育是培养高端人才的主要途径之一。研究生的教育质量关乎创新型国家的构建。一个更加合理的研究生激励机制有助于增加研究生的学习积极性和主动性,本研究基于问卷调查法对某地区285名研究生进行调查,以期能够更好地了解研究生激励机制的现状,进而为改善研究生激励机制提供实证依据。

Graduate students＇ education is the highest level of higher education. It is an important method to foster top talents. In order to know about the current situation of incentive system of graduate students, a sample of 285 graduate students was recruited to complete an incentive system questionnaire. The result of this research can offer reference to incentive system.
