贵州省防雷减灾公共服务标准体系

贵州省防雷减灾公共服务综合标准化试点建设,是首个国家级防雷减灾服务标准化试点项目,也是气象部门首个公共服务标准化项目。项目关键是建立符合现行防雷减灾公共服务实际的标准体系并实施,探索防雷减灾公共服务管理标准。本文介绍公共服务标准体系的一般结构、防雷减灾公共服务通用基础标准、服务保障标准、服务提供标准三大子体系结构及其主要施行标准。

Lightning protection and disaster reduction public service comprehensive standardization pilot construction in Guizhou province is the first national lightning protection and disaster reduction services standardization pilot project, and the first public service standardization project of meteorological department. The key of the project is to establish the standard system which is in line with the current reality of lightning protection and disaster reduction, and to explore the standard of public service management of lightning protection and disaster reduction. The paper introduces the general structure of public service standard system, and the structure and main implementation standard of three subsystems of public service on lightning protection and disaster reduction standard, which include the general standard, service guarantee, and service providing.
