提高高炉风温操作实践

Practice on improving blast temperature of blast furnace

武汉钢铁有限公司6号高炉中修期间对热风炉的预热器进行了重修改造,改造后预热效果明显改善。通过优化烧炉管理,加强设备点检,优化高炉操作,高炉风温水平得到大幅提高,已接近1 200℃,降低了高炉燃料消耗。

Through transforming the hot stove preheater in intermediate overhaul period of No. 6 blast furnace in Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., preheater effect was improved obviously. By optimizing hot stove burning management, strengthing equipment inspection, optimizing blast furnace operation, blast temperature level was improved a lot, and closed to 1 200 ℃. Consequently, fule consumption of the blast furnace was reduced.
