摘要
武钢有限一炼钢采用单渣法进行高碳低磷出钢冶炼工艺实践。通过使用铁矿石替代石灰石和铁皮,优化熔剂配比和加料方式,采取"前期化渣去磷、中期保碳升温、后期C-T调整"操作模式,吹炼终点熔池中碳的质量分数可以控制在0.30%~0.50%,磷的质量分数不大于0.015%,出钢温度不低于1 620℃。降低了终点熔池的氧含量,减少了钢水内生氧化物,提升了钢水纯净度,同时也降低了成本。
Single slag method was applied in smelting steel practice with high-carbon and low- phosphorus process of tapping in No. 1 steelmaking Plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. ,Ltd. By using iron ore instead of limestone and sheet iron, optimizing flux proportion and feeding method, and taking the operation mode of "melting slag and removaling phosphorus early, keeping carbon content and warming at medium, adjusting C-T on later", the mass fraction of carbon in smelting bath at the blowing finish could be controlled at 0.30 % -0.50 %, the mass fraction of phosphorus was no more than 0. 015 %, tapping temperature was no less than 1 620℃, and the mass fraction of oxygen in smelting bath was reduced by the technology practice, thereby endogenous oxides in molten steel were decreased, which enhanced the purity of molten steel and reduced the smelting cost.
