摘要
探讨了采用电解-ICP-AES法测定取向硅钢脱碳退火板氧化层中SiO_2含量的方法。通过红外吸收光谱分析,可知电解能有效提取试样氧化层中的SiO_2。试验不同电解时间对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳电解时间为4 h。在优化条件下,对2组试样进行测量,测得氧化层中w(SiO_2)的平均值为0.098%和0.087%,其R SD分别为4.29%和4.90%,均小于5%,能较好地满足分析要求。
Measuring the silicon dioxide in the oxidation layer of oriented silicon steel by electrolyzing-ICP-AES was discussed. Components of anodic leavings were analyzed by infrared absorption spectroscopy. It was indicated that the silicon dioxide could be effectively distilled by the electrolyzing method. And influences of electrolyzing time on testing results were experimented, it was confirmed that the best electrolyzing time was 4 h. Under the optimized conditions, the average contents of silicon dioxide in the oxidation layer of two groups of samples were 0. 098 % and 0. 087 %, the relative standard deviations were 4.29 % and 4.90 %, respectively, which were less than 5 %, and co.uld satisfy the analysis requirement.
