汽车板激光拼焊气孔缺陷分析

摘要 针对某公司汽车板激光拼焊气孔缺陷进行分析,结果表明,焊缝气孔分为小针状气孔和大球状气孔2种,都会显著地降低焊缝机械性能,其中大球状气孔主要由钢板中炼钢保护渣和氧化物夹渣引起,因此炼钢时应提高钢质纯净度,避免钢板中形成夹渣带。 Porosity defects of laser welding automobile sheet produced by a company were analyzed. Results show that weld porosity could be divided into two types: small needle pore and large spherical pore, which greatly reduced the mechanical properties of the welds, and large spherical pores were mainly caused by steel slag and oxide slag in the steel plate, thus steel purity should be improved to avoid the formation of slag zone in steel plate.
