圆盘剪宽度调节控制精度的恢复 被引量:2

摘要 简要介绍了双头双碎圆盘剪在酸轧联机生产线上的作用及其基本结构。对二酸轧生产线宽度调节精度下降的原因进行了分析,发现主要是由于电机速度编码器损坏、滚珠丝杆间隙增大而导致定位精度下降、变频器运行报警,通过恢复宽度调节电机速度编码器,调整PLC及变频器参数等方法,恢复了圆盘剪宽度定位精度,改善了圆盘剪工作状况;恢复了电气控制功能,将机械磨损对圆盘剪功能精度的影响降至最低,保证了机组功能精度。 Basic construction of the side trimmer with double house and double side and its contribution for PLTCM were briefly introduced. Reasons for accuracy decrease of width positioning system in No. 2 PLTCM line were analyzed. It was found that positioning accuracy decrease and inverter alarm were mainly caused by gearmotor speed encoder damage and ball screw clearance increase. By recovering the gearmotor speed encoder, adjusting PLC and inverter parameters, width positioning accuracy of the side trimmer was recovered, and its operating condition was improved. The electrical control function was recovered, influences of mechanical abrasion on side trimmer functional accuracy were minimized. Accordingly, the functional accuracy was ensured.
