新疆某铜铁矿石选矿试验

摘要 新疆某铜铁矿石铜品位1.52%,全铁品位20.20%,70.07%的铜以硫化铜的形式存在,氧化铜中铜占29.86%,磁性铁仅占总铁的29.36%。为确定铜、铁回收适宜的选矿工艺流程,采用先浮铜再磁选铁的原则工艺流程进行选矿试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占80%、活化剂硫化钠用量500 g/t、捕收剂丁基黄药用量150 g/t、起泡剂2#油用量30 g/t的条件下,原矿经1粗2精2扫闭路浮选铜—浮铜尾矿1次弱磁选选铁流程处理,可获得铜精矿品位23.52%、回收率90.85%和铁精矿品位67.56%、回收率32.12%的良好指标,试验结果可作为该铜铁矿石高效开发利用的技术依据。 There is 1.52% Cu and 20.20% Fe in a copper-iron ore of Xinjiang,in which copper sulfide ore accounts for 70.07%,copper oxide ore accounts for 29.86% and magnetic iron accounts for 29.33% of the total Fe.In order to determine the feasible mineral process for recovering the copper and iron in the ore,technological process experimen of copper flotation firstly and then magnetic concentration of iron was conducted.The results showed that,under the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm mesh 80%,sodium sulfide as activator dosage of 500 g/t,butyl xanthate dosage as collector dosage of 150 g/t,and 2~# oil as frother dosage of 30 g/t,via one roughing two cleaning two scavenging closed circuit flotation for enrichment of copper,and via one low intensity magnetic separating for enrichment of iron,copper concentrate with copper grade of 23.52%,recovery of 90.85% and iron concentrate with Fe grade of 67.56%,recovery of 32.12% was obtained.The experimental results can provide the technological basis for utilizing efficiently the ore.
