井下全尾砂高浓度胶结充填脱水管比选试验 被引量:2

摘要 脱水管排水是目前充填采场脱水的主要方式,国内大部分矿山采用塑料波纹管家种刚性脱水管,存在过水面积小,滤水速度慢,不易悬挂和移动、效果较差的缺陷。某金矿采用空场嗣后充填法开采,胶结充填空区,为了提高采场脱水效率,减小充填料浆对挡墙的压力,获得较为理想的充填效果,通过开展模型脱水试验,测定外层包裹不同目数、不同层数滤布波纹管的脱水速率、脱除水分中泥质含量,并与一种新型的PDS-3-100型柔性充填滤水管的脱水性能进行比较。试验结果表明,采用柔性充填滤水管的脱水能力为55~86.5 kg/h,高于波纹管的脱水能力,结合滤水管易于悬挂的结构优点,最终选取柔性滤水管作为矿山的充填脱水设施。 At present,dehydration tube drainage is the main way of filling stope dehydration,the rigid dehydration tube is widely used in the most of the domestic mines,but is has the insufficient of small discharge area,slow filtering speed,difficult suspension and movement,poor effects.The open stope subsequent backfilling mining method is adopted in a gold mine,the goaf is treated by using cemented filling method,in order to improve the dehydration efficiency and reduce the pressure of the filling slurry to the retaining wall,and obtain the ideal filling effect,the model dehydration test is done,so as to test dehydration efficiency of the corrugated pipe wrapped by the filter cloth with different mesh and layers,and to removal argillaceous content in water,besides that,comparison of the performance of the above corrugated pipe and a new PDS-3-100 flexible filling filter pipe is conducted.The test results show that the dehydration capacity of the flexible filling filter pipe is 55~86.5 kg/h,and it is higher than that of corrugated pipe.By considering the characteristics of easy suspension of the flexible filling filter pipe,it is taken as the filling dehydration facilities of the mine.
