空调注塑模具中抵抗注塑压力的铲机自锁机构设计

摘要 本文以分体机空调室内机面板模具设计为例,研究了与前模油缸侧抽芯机构相关的设计要点。着重分析了注塑时由于滑块油缸已泄压,在注塑压力的作用下如何防止滑块后退,同时还研究了自锁调节耐磨片和油缸运动方向的夹角在多少度范围内即能产生自锁效应,又不会导致模具插烧,从而保证滑块抽芯边缘的配合状态良好,防止多胶、段差、披锋等产品外观缺陷。 This paper mainly studies key design points related to the side core-pulling mechanism of the oil cylinder for the front mould, by taking the example of the panel mould design of the indoor split-type air conditioner. It emphasizes on the analysis how to prevent sliding block backing up when the oil cylinder of slider decompresses during the injection molding. At the same time, this paper studies what ranges of included angle between self-locking adjust wear plate and oil cylinder's direction shall be so as to come into being self-locking effect and avoid mould insert burring. Thereby the good cooperation of core pulling fringes of the slide block can be better guaranteed, as well as keeping of appearance defects of the products, like too much glue, segment difference, burr and so on.
