实验教学中血涂片抗凝剂的制备和使用方法

The preparation and usage of blood smear anticoagulant in experiment teaching

血涂片的制作和观察是动物医学专业重要的实验课程,在动物组织学和病理学中占有重要地位。在血涂片的制作过程中,推片是整个制作技术中的难点和关键点。目前实验教学中主要采用直接采血、直接制作血涂片的方法,这对于没有经验的学生来说存在一定的难度,笔者在多年的教学实践中应用了一种血涂片抗凝剂,效果非常好,特别适合于没有推片经验的学生使用。文章主要对这种血涂片抗凝剂的精准配制及使用方法进行了介绍。

Making and observation of blood smear is a major experimental course for Veterinary medicine students and plays an important role in animal histology and pathology.In making process of the blood smear,pushing film is the difficult and key point in the whole production technology.At present,the method of direct blood sampling and direct production of blood smear are mainly used in experimental teaching,which are difficult for students without any experiences.With many years of teaching practice,a blood smear anticoagulant method was used whose effect was good and suitable especially for students without pushing film experiences.In addition,the precise preparation and usage methods of the blood smear anticoagulant were mainly introduced in this paper.
