感染锦鲤疱疹病毒的鲤鱼免疫相关分析

Immune related analysis of common carp infected by Koi herpesvirus

锦鲤疱疹病毒能在宿主体内持续性潜伏感染,被感染的鲤鱼会产生相应的免疫应答来抵抗病毒侵袭。笔者概述了被感染鲤鱼的抗锦鲤疱疹病毒的免疫应答及参与免疫的细胞因子表达水平及相互作用,从免疫学角度论述了锦鲤疱疹病毒与被感染鲤鱼间的相互作用关系。

Koi herpesvirus can establish persistent latent infection in vivo,the infected carp will make corresponding immune response to resist this virus attacks.The paper outlined the immune response anti Koi herpesvirus in common carp and the expression level changes and interaction of immune related cytokines.Furthermore,the interaction between Koi herpesvirus and infected carp was discussed from the perspective of immunology.
