摘要
采用有限元热弹塑性分析方法对非对称工字型构件不同焊接顺序的焊接变形进行模拟分析。分析结果表明,焊接顺序对非对称工字型构件的残余应力和变形有较大影响,采用先焊一侧,再焊另一侧的依次施焊方案所得到的残余应力和纵向弯曲变形最小。同时工字型截面结构非对称对残余应力和纵向弯曲变形也存在影响,翼缘较短一侧的残余应力和弯曲变形均较大,翼缘较长一侧较小。
Welding deformation of asymmetric I-shaped component was simulated with thermal elastic-plastic finite element method under different welding sequences. Research results showed that welding sequence has enormous influence on residual stress and welding deformation of asymmetric I-shaped component. The method of sequence welding can obtain the least residual stress and longitudinal bending deformation. And the asymmetry of I-shaped component section also affects the residual stress and longitudinal bending deformation. Under the same welding sequence, the residual stress and bending deformation of shorter flange side.
