摘要
电商消费金融作为一种新型消费方式,伴随着电子商务的快速发展而出现,以授信速度快、支付便捷、交易费用低等优势受到消费者的欢迎,交易规模迅速扩大。目前,以阿里、京东为代表的几乎所有大型电商企业都已涉足这一领域,推出多种电商消费金融产品,显示出强大的发展潜力。但由于电商消费金融发展时间较短,相关法律法规尚不健全、监管体系亦不完善,信用体系仍不完备,导致电商消费金融发展面临诸多问题和难点,已成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文通过总结阿里和京东两家典型企业的电商消费金融模式特点,深入分析电商消费金融发展过程中存在的问题和风险,进而提出对策与建议,以期为推动电商消费金融健康发展提供参考和借鉴。
Online consumer finance as a new-typed way has such advantages as speedy, convenient, cheap and so on, so it is popular and wide. Now Jingdong and Alibaba have set foot in this field and launched many online consumer financial products. Because it has a short time of development, laws and regulations are not complete, system of supervision is not good, credit system is not perfect, there exist some problems and difficulties. This paper sums up the eharacteristies of Jingdong and Alibaba, analyzes the existing problems and risks so that some countermeasures and suggestions may be put forward to pro- vide reference for better development of online consumer finance.
