高浓打浆技术在箱纸板生产中的应用

Application of high consistency beating technology in liner board production

用长沙正达轻科纸业设备有限公司高浓磨浆设备,在实验室工艺优化和纤维形态分析的基础上,在江门某纸业公司年产20万吨生产线上进行了废纸浆高浓打浆生产箱纸板的应用。结果表明,用废纸浆生产箱纸板采用高浓打浆技术,纤维切断少,在美废配比从37%降低至12%的情况下,可使成纸横向耐折度提高35.1%,耐破指数提高16.2%,横向环压指数提高15.4%,年产生效益300多万元。

After the technology optimization and fiber morphology analysis in pilot scale, high consistency beater from Changsha Zhengda Light Papermaking Equipment Limited Co. was employed in recycled pulp beating for a 200000 t/a liner board production line in a Jiangmen paper board mill in Guangdong province. The results show that fibers are rarely cut off when high consistency beating process was applied in the liner board production line. Although the AOCC ratio was decreased from 37% to 12%, the cross folding strength, the bursting index, and cross ring crush index of the liner board could be increased by 35.1%, 16.2%, and 15.4% respectively. An annual profit of more than RMB 3 million could be obtained.
