摘要
针对地下室底板大面积网格状分布的抗浮锚杆易发生渗漏的难题,提出了一种专门的复合防水构造,并在实际工程中得以实施。通过设置抗浮锚杆顶端缓冲混凝土承台后设置复合防水层,大大提高了抗浮锚杆的防水性能,此方案工艺简单、构造合理、施工便捷、易于操作,适于抗浮锚杆较多的地下空间防水。
A special composite waterproofing structure is put forwards in terms of the difficult of seepage of anti-floating anchors which are large area grid distributed on basement floor, and it can be implemented in actual engineering. The waterproofing performance of anti-floating anchor is greatly improved by setting up buffering concrete cushion eap on the top of anti-floating anchor. This scheme is simple and reasonable, convenient construction and easy operation, and suitable for underground space waterproofing with more anti-floating anchors.
