摘要
介绍了一种通过单个圆筒圆锥可分选出三种不同产品质量的新型单体三产品重介质旋流器,采用PIV技术对单体三产品重介质旋流器内部流场特性进行了测定并分析。研究结果表明:单体三产品重介质旋流器内部流体呈现双溢流现象,具有分选三种产品的功能,同时研究结果也为单体三产品重介质旋流器的结构优化提供理论支持。
Following an introduction to the novel 3-product cyclone-a single unit formed up by one cylindrical part and 2 conical parts in structure,measurements and analysis are made of the flow field inside the cyclone using PIV technology. It is observed through the study that the fluid inside the cyclone exhibits a "two-overflow"phenomenon,marking it possible functionally to make separation of 3 products. The research-derived achievements provide a theoretical support for the optimization of the structure of such a kind of cyclone.
