摘要
针对梁北选煤厂有压三产品重介质旋流器系统不稳定的现状,对系统设备及工艺参数进行了优化和改进,并对混料桶结构和出口方向进行了调整,优化了混料泵参数,将混料泵叶轮由90 mm增加到110 mm。改造后解决了矸石物料粒度大、混料桶矸石堆积以及混料泵通过量小的问题,通过实践证明,改造取得了良好的效果,可为有压重介质旋流器的生产控制提供一定借鉴与经验。
The trouble with the plant is the instability of the 3-product H. M. cyclone system in operation. Therefore,work is made on technical improvement and optimization of the process of the system.The work made includes,among others,the improvement of the structure of the mixing tank and adjustment of the direction of the tank's outlet,optimization of the parameters of the mixing pump and enlargement of the pump's flow channel from 90 mm to 110 mm. Practice shows that through the technical renovation,a remarkable result has been achieved,and the troubles previously encountered,such as blocking of cyclone's underflow orifice by large pieces of gangue materials,accumulation of gangue materials in mixing tank and deterioration of pump performance because of the limited size of its flow path,have been thoroughly eliminated. The experience gained may serve as a reference for the operation and control of the pressure-fed 3-product H. M. cyclone.
