摘要
为了解决重介生产系统控制不平稳、操作不及时的问题,在对涡北选煤厂生产状况进行分析的基础上,设计了基于重介精煤灰分和原煤灰分实时调控介质密度的闭环控制的两种方案,通过采用自动、半自动、手动的操作以及增加系统部分功能的方式对重介生产系统进行全面智能化改造,减轻了人工劳动强度,实现了无人值守的目的,精煤产品质量的稳定性和精煤产率有所提高,提升了选煤厂的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
The trouble with the operation of the dense medium separation system of the plant is its inability to operate under stable control and make timely response to control in operation. Through analysis of the operating conditions of the plant,a closed loop control system capable of making real-time regulation of medium density is developed based on result of comparison of two alternative schemes-one is based on clean coal ash and the other,on raw coal ash. The control system is developed with an aim to turning the dense medium separation system into an intelligent one through making it possible to operate in automatic,semi-automatic or manual mode and by adding more functions to the system. Through the transformation,the dense medium separating system can now work under unattended condition with reduced labor intensity,higher consistency of clean coal quality and yield and much improved economical,social and environmental protection result.
