禾草沟选煤厂工艺改造研究与实践 被引量:4

摘要 针对禾草沟矿井扩能后选煤厂处理能力与矿井不匹配,选煤厂矸石泥化严重致使后续煤泥水系统压力过大以及介耗过高的问题,禾草沟选煤厂提出了新增块煤预先排矸系统的改造方案,介绍了改造后块煤浅槽重介排矸工艺、设备选型、工艺布置及设计的特点。经过改造后,选煤厂经济效益和社会效益显著提高,达到了设计改造的预期目标。 The treating capacity of the coal washery is found to be unmatchable after the mine output is augmented and the severe degradation of gangue material in water has led to overload of slurry treatment system and high consumption of medium. To tackle these problems,it is proposed to add a coarse coal pre-deshaling system. An introduction is made in the paper to the heavy medium shallow-bath separatorbased deshaling process,selection of process equipment,process layout and its design features. After the technical transformation,a remarkable economic and social performance has been obtained,well achieving the expected result.
