煤炭地质勘查中煤质评价指标体系建立的现状与展望 被引量:8

摘要 "十三五"时期,国家将煤炭清洁高效开发利用作为能源转型发展的立足点和首要任务,煤炭分质分级利用是煤炭企业未来转型发展、实现清洁利用、提高资源经济效益的主要途径。煤炭分级分质利用属于源头控制。从源头对煤炭进行煤质指标评价,确定其利用方向,为煤炭分级分质提供依据,具有重要意义。通过论述煤炭地质勘查中煤质评价体系建设的重要性和研究现状,总结了煤质评价内容和方法,依托"特殊用煤评价指标体系研究"项目,指出煤质评价指标体系建立的意义,分析各个煤质指标对炼焦、直接液化、气化用煤的影响,确定主要的煤质评价指标,建立炼焦、直接液化、气化用煤评价指标体系;对煤炭地质勘查中建立高炉喷吹用煤、煤制清洁燃气技术用煤和高锗煤、高镓煤、高铀煤等一系列煤质指标评价体系进行了展望。 During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the state will take the coal clean and high efficient exploitation and utilization as the foothold and top priority in the energy transformational development.The coal quality based and classified utilization is the principal pathway of coal enterprises future transformational development,realization of clean utilization and improvement of resource economic effect.Coal quality based and classified utilization is a kind of upstream control.Also,from the source to carry out coal quality index assessment,determine the direction of utilization and provide the basis of coal classification and quality partition are of major significance.Through the discussion of coal quality assessment system construction importance and research status quo,have summarized coal quality assessment content and methodology.Relying on the "Study on Special Purposed Coal Assessment Index System" project,pointed out the significance of the index system establishment;analyzed impact from coal quality indices on coals used in coking,direct liquefaction and gasification;determined main coal quality assessment indices;established assessment index system for coking,direct liquefaction and gasification coals.Further looked forward to establish a series of coal quality assessment index systems for blast furnace pulverized coal injection,clean coal gas technological,high germanium,high gallium,and high uranium coals in coal geological exploration.
