深部煤层高承压水底板注浆改造防治水技术的应用 被引量:11

摘要 以刘桥一矿Ⅱ666工作面6煤为研究对象,针对矿井断裂构造复杂,与煤层开采关系较大的太原组灰岩岩溶裂隙含水层厚度大、富水性强、水压高、补给源充分、开采深度大、地压高等特点,结合以往相邻采区或工作面深部煤层底板开采时发生多次突水事故的实际,在分析矿井6煤顶底板主要突水点情况的基础上,对Ⅱ666工作面的突水系数进行了计算。结果表明,工作面的最大突水系数超过底板构造破坏带区域突水系数临界值,工作面回采前需采取底板注浆改造措施。根据工作面突水系数、底板隔水层厚度和承受水压大小,把工作面分为2段进行全覆盖注浆改造。运用涌水量对比法、物探探测法和突水系数计算法,对工作面的改造效果进行了评价,结果显示,注浆改造后的钻孔涌水量大幅度减小,甚至为零,物探异常区明显变少,突水系数均<0.06MPa/m,达到了预期要求,为保证深部煤炭资源开采系统的正常运行提供了技术保障。 Taking the coal No.6 in working face II666,Liuqiao No.1 coalmine as the subject investigated,in allusion to the features of complex faulted structures,and a thick,water yield property strong,high water pressure,plenitudinous source Taiyuan Formation limestone karst fissure aquifer,as well as deep mining depth and high ground pressure,combined with reality of previous multiple floor water bursting happened in neighboring winning district or working face deep part coal mining,carried out working face II666 water bursting coefficient computation on the basis of coal No.6 roof and floor main water bursting points analysis.The result has indicated that the working face maximum water bursting coefficient has exceeded the critical value of floor structurally destructed zone regional water bursting coefficient,thus before the working face winning should take floor grouting reformation measures.According to working face water bursting coefficient,floor aquifuge thickness and bearing water pressure degree,divided working face into 2 sections to carry out all-over grouting reformation.Through water inflow comparison,geophysical prospecting and water bursting coefficient computation carried out assessment of working face reformation effect.The result has shown that the borehole water inflow decreased dramatically even to zero;geophysical prospecting abnormal places reduced obviously,water bursting coefficients are all 0.06MPa/m,and achieved the desired requirements.Thus the technical support has been provided to ensure deep part coal resource exploitation system normal operation.
