摘要
为解决注浆封堵巷道顶板高压大流量集中涌水时注入的浆液被涌水冲散流失的问题,提出了利用井下钻孔在涌水裂隙内添加骨料阻水的工艺。井下钻孔内注入骨料要使用骨料添加器,利用注水方式把骨料推送到涌水裂隙中去。以某矿FL8-1处的巷道顶板涌水堵漏为例,对井下钻孔骨料添加工艺技术要求进行了较为全面的介绍。指出注浆连通试验是判断钻孔内是否具备注入骨料的重要手段,当试验时钻孔内注入的水泥浆在极短时间内全部跑出时,说明导水通道宽大、直短,适合注入骨料,注入时要采用粗细结合的方式进行;相反,与涌水点连通性差的钻孔内则不具备注入骨料的条件。
To deal with the issue of roadway roof high pressure and large flow concentrated water gushing grouting plugging,cement slurry is dispersed by gushing water deactivated and run off,a plugging technology of aggregate adding through underground borehole into water gushing fracture put forward.To inject the aggregate into borehole the aggregate adder should be used,through water injection propelling aggregate into water gushing fractures.Taking the FL8-1 roadway roof water gushing plugging in a coalmine as example,carried out a rather overall introduction to underground aggregate adding technology requirements.Pointed out that the grouting connection test is an important means to judge if the borehole can inject aggregate properly,when the injected cement slurry completely run out,indicated that the water channel is wide,straight and short,thus suitable for aggregate injection;the injection should carry out through the way of thick and thin particles mingled.On the contrary,in the boreholes have poor relation with water gushing point,thus not have the condition to inject aggregate.
