摘要
目前,高压电力金具的磨损问题日益突出,缺乏理论性的指导和实际磨损的实验测试来缓解磨损问题。通过对U型环和调整环的有限元模型进行建模仿真分析,得到其应力分布和不同角度的磨损情况;在实际测试中通过设计不同角度的磨损方式,来验证建模和仿真的准确性,通过仿真和实验的对比,得出现场实际维护金具磨损的指导建议和防护措施。
Currently, high-voltage electrical fittings wear problems have become increasingly prominent, the lack of theoretical guidance and practical experimental tests to alleviate abrasion wear problems. Through the finite element model of the U-shaped ring and the adjustment ring modeling simulation analysis, stress distribution and wear different angles; in the actual test by designing different angles wear way to verify the accuracy of the modeling and simulation by comparing the simulation and experiment, we obtained the actual site maintenance recommendations for guidance and protection measures fittings worn.
