摘要
强磁暴期间,太阳大尺度爆发活动引起的空间天气灾害可能会对包括中低纬区域在内的全球电网系统造成严重影响。鉴于中低纬区域地磁感应电流观测数据样本少信号弱的情况,本文提出了一种识别中低纬电网GIC弱信号的方法,即运用聚类经验模态分解和希尔伯特变换从电网监测信号中提取出磁暴扰动成分,并通过扰动能量指标识别出该信号对磁暴的响应。该方法能结合电网的实际对监测区域各变压器潜在的GIC影响做初步预测,从而更好地为偏磁治理方案及电网设备选型提供有效的参考。
During the strong storm, the space weather disaster caused by the large-scale solar eruption may have a serious impact on the global power system, including the low latitude region. In view of the situation that the signal of GIC observation in low latitude region is less-sample and weak, this paper proposed a method to extracted the storm disturbances from the grid monitoring signal and then identified the GIC responses to storm disturbances, by using EEMD and Hilbert transform. The method can be combined with the actual situation of the power grid to prediction the potential risk of the transformers in the regional power grid, so as to provide effective reference for the treatment of DC bias and selection of power grid equipments.
