针灸联合盐酸曲马多治疗肝癌中度疼痛疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with tramadol hydrochloride on moderate pain of liver cancer

目的:探讨针灸联合盐酸曲马多治疗肝癌中度疼痛的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的60例肝癌中度疼痛患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组接受针灸联合盐酸曲马多治疗,对照组仅接受盐酸曲马多治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组的不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对肝癌中度疼痛患者采用针灸联合盐酸曲马多治疗的效果突出,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with tramadol hydrochloride in moderate pain of liver cancer. Methods： From June 2014 to June 2016,60 patients with moderate liver cancer pain in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to different treatment methods,patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The observation group received acupuncture combined with tramadol hydrochloride,while the control group received tramadol hydrochloride treatment only. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with tramadol hydrochloride is remarkably effective in the treatment of moderate liver cancer pain,which has important clinical value.
