摘要
生土结构营建时所取用的土料中常含有砾石,为了研究砾石含量对生土块材受力性能的影响,对掺入不同粒径、不同掺量砾石的10组共100个生土立方体试块进行抗压强度试验。通过试验结果对比,探讨了生土试块的破坏形态、破坏过程、荷载-位移曲线、抗压强度及变形能力。试验结果表明,砾石的粒径和掺量对生土立方体块材的抗压力学性能有一定影响,砾石掺量在5%以下较为合理,随掺量增加,生土块材抗压强度有所降低;随粒径增大,生土块材抗压强度有所增大,但砾石粒径不宜大于墙体厚度的1/3。
The soil often contains gravel when raw-soil structure was built. In order to investigate the effect of gravel contents on mechanical properties of raw-soil specimens,the compressive strength tests on 10 groups of 100 raw-soil cube specimens with different particle sizes and gravel contents were carried out. Through the comparison of test results,the failure mode,failure process,load-displacement curve,compressive strength and strain capacity of raw-soil specimens were discussed. The test results show that particle size and gravel content have some effects on compressive mechanical properties of raw-soil cube specimens. Compressive strength of specimens is reduced with increase of gravel content and less than 5 percent is the reasonable proportion for gravel content. Compressive strength of specimens is increased with increase of particle size of gravel,but the particle size of gravel should not be greater than 1/3 of wall thickness.
