摘要
根据卓越教师培养需要构建"云课堂"网络平台,注重研究"云课堂"网络平台在卓越教师培养中应用价值:提高卓越教师的学习自主性和兴趣性,培养卓越教师的合作分享意识,建立稳定的卓越教师教育学习共同体。并针对"云课堂"教师参与度和参与积极性不高,教学评价影响力弱,学习资源使用效率低等不足,提出加大网络教学培训、提高教师参与性,实行线上和线下教学评价结合,构建个人学习环境、提高卓越教师学习动机等建议。
In accordance with the cultivation of excellence teachers, a "cloud classroom" platform needs to be built with the focus on study on application value in cultivation of excellent teachers, so as to improve the excellent teachers" learning autonomy and interest, to raise excellent teachers' awareness to share and cooperate, and build the stable learning community for excellent teachers. In order to improve the participation of the teachers in the "cloud classroom" teachers and the enthusiasm, teaching evaluation and the efficiency of learning resources, the online teaching training is put forward to improve the participation of teachers and the combination of online and offline teaching assessment, create a personal learning environment and enhance the motivation of teachers.
