我国人力资本对医疗服务水平的门槛效应研究

摘要 在对医疗服务水平测度的基础上,选取2004-2014年中国省际数据,分别运用人均国内生产总值和人力资本作为门槛变量建立门限回归模型进行实证检验。结果表明:从经济发展水平的角度看,人力资本平均存量对医疗卫生服务水平的影响存在地区差异,其影响程度随着经济水平的提高而逐步增大;从人力资本存量本身来看,人力资本存量对医疗服务水平之间存在两个门槛,在跨越第一个门槛值后,其影响程度在增大,而在跨越第二个门槛值后,其影响程度会减弱。 Based on the measurement of medical service level, the data of Chinese provinces in 2004-2014 were selected to establish the threshold regression model respectively using the per capita GDP and human capital as the threshold variables to do the empirical test. The results show that. From the perspective of economic development level, the impact of the average stock of human capital on the level of medical services exist regional differences, the extent of its impact with the economic level gradually increased; From the human capital stock itself , there are two thresholds between the human capital stock and the medical service level. After crossing the first threshold value, the influence degree of the human capital stock is increasing, after the second threshold value, however, the influence degree is weakened.
