摘要
高校师德建设关键在于找准与高校教师思想的共鸣点,也就意味着要通过思想建设和制度建设实现师德建设的应然要求与实然需要之间的契合互洽、互相转化。回顾历史,制度建设和思想建设为我国高校师德建设积累了宝贵经验;立足当下,尚存在高校师德思想建设的价值取向未形成整合共融,制度动力未形成合力系统,思想建设与制度建设之间关系失调等问题;面对未来,要继续完善师德思想建设、提升师德价值引领力,继续优化师德制度体系、提高制度建设科学化水平,继续加强思想建设与制度建设的契合协调、提高师德建设内部生态。
The key point of morality construction of college teachers is capturing the resonance with college teachers' thoughts, which means it should get mutual transformation between essential requirement and actual need. Reviewing the history, institution construction and ideological building accumulated precious experiences. Based on the present situation, we find the value-oriented ideological construction weak in integration, the institution power disjointed, the relations between them imbalanced. Facing the future, to grasp the resonance, we should improve the ideological building and promote the valve guidance, optimize the institution construction and enhance the scientific level, reinforce the balance between the ideological construction and institutional construction to improve the internal biology of morality construction.
