地方高校教师教育专业实践教学的定量分析与建议

Quantitative Analysis and Suggestions on Practical Teaching of Teacher Education Major in Local Colleges and Universities

摘要 基于提升卓越教师实践能力现实背景,针对教师教育实践教学弱化现实舆论,选取四所地方本科院校13个教师教育专业,从课程实践教学与教育实习二个维度进行调查,结果显示:课程实践教学形式较为单一,教育实习时间严重偏少,教育实习满意度较低。需要从转变实践教学观念、完善实践教学体系、丰富课程实践教学形式、健全运行机制、加强第三方评估等方面入手,提升教师教育专业实践能力。 Based on the realistic background of improving the practical ability of teachers, thirteen teacher education majors from four local colleges and universities are selected and surveyed from the two dimensions of curriculum practice teaching and educational practice. The results show that. the form of curriculum practice teaching is relatively simple, education practice time is too short, and education practice satisfaction is low. It is necessary to improve the practical ability of teachers" education from the aspects of changing the practice teaching concept, perfecting the practice teaching system, enriching the teaching practice form, improving the operation mechanism, and strengthening the third party evaluation and so on.
