摘要
翻转课堂在《人员测评理论与方法》课程多元化教学方法中应用具有可行性和必要性;需要注意翻转课堂在情境模拟教学法、视频观摩教学法、平台实验教学法以及案例教学法等多元化教学方法中的应用思路及实践经验;最后还应关注翻转课堂应用中的事项,以期有效促进课程教学效果的提升。
It is feasible and necessary to apply flipped classroom to Personnel Assessment as a one of diversified teaching modes. More attention should be paid to application-oriented routes and practice experience such as situational simulation teaching method, video viewing method, platform experimental teaching method and case teaching method while the flipped classroom is conducted. We also should pay attention to application of flipped classroom with a view to effectively enhance the effectiveness of teaching.
