摘要
急性失代偿性心力衰竭发病率高、预后差,托伐普坦可以缓解急性失代偿性心力衰竭的充血症状,并且不导致肾功能恶化及低钠血症。本文主要对托伐普坦用于急性心力衰竭领域的研究现状做一综述。
Acute decompensated heart failure is one of the leading causes of hospitalization worldwide and is associated with a poor prognosis. Tolvaptan shows the evidences of relieving the symptoms of congestion in acute decompensated heart failure patients and does not cause worsening renal function and hyponatremia. This article summarizes research status of tolvaptan in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure.
