摘要
以纯菜籽油作为基础油,十二羟基硬脂酸为稠化剂,选择较好的稠化剂与基础油比例,在皂化前加入纳米氧化镧,利用"老三套"工艺方法皂化成锂基脂。所用菜籽油经过脱色处理,纳米氧化镧粒径范围20 nm^50 nm。利用红外、TG、和SEM等检测方法,对基础油、锂基脂和纳米氧化镧进行表征。通过四球摩擦机考察其摩擦学性能,并对磨斑进行SEM和EDS等检测。结果表明,稠化剂与基础油比例为6∶1较好,当添加少量的纳米氧化镧时,有助于润滑脂抗磨减磨效果,与未添加的锂基脂相比,磨斑减小,摩擦系数减小,热稳定性提高。
With pure rapeseed oil as base oil and 12 -hydroxystearic acid as thickener, this paper adopt traditional method to prepare lithium base grease by choosing suitable optimal proportion between thickener and base oil. Nano lanthanum oxide with the average particle size of 20 - 50nm was added into lithium base grease before saponification. The base oil, lithium base grease and nanoparticle of lanthanum oxide were analyzed by means of FTIR spectrometer, TG and SEM. The results showed that the optimal ratio of thickener to base oil is 6 : 1. Adding a small amount of nano lanthanum oxide can help to improve the properties of the anti - wear. And compared with blank lithium base grease, it has better thermal stability and smaller wear scar diameter (WSD).
