摘要
通过对合金显微组织分析和力学性能测试,研究了时效工艺对GH2132合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着时效时间的延长,合金中孪晶数量先增加后减少,最后趋于稳定状态;抗拉强度随着时效时间先增加后趋于稳定;在700℃时效时,屈服强度逐渐增加,最后趋于稳定;720℃与740℃时效时,屈服强度先增加达到峰值后再降低,最后趋于稳定。
Effects of aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH2132 super alloy were investigated by analyzing microstructure and testing mechanical properties. The results show that the number of twins in the alloy increases at the beginning of aging and then decreases,finally tends to be stable. The tensile strength increases at the beginning of aging and tends to be stable. When aged at 700 ℃,the yield strength increases and tends to be stable,when aged at 720 ℃ or 740 ℃,it increases first and then decreases to be stable.
