摘要
为了更好地控制0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢轴的质量,避免加工过程出现弯曲变形,利用光谱仪、金相显微镜等分析了合金元素含量、热处理工艺参数对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢的力学性能、显微组织形貌及加工变形的影响。结果表明:0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢用作长轴类零件,强度相当时,韧塑性越好,加工质量越稳定。
In order to control the quality of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4 Nb stainless steel shaft and avoid bending distortion during machining,effects of chemical composition and heat treatment process on microstructure,mechanical properties and machining distortion of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4 Nb stainless steel shaft were investigated by means of a direct reading spectrometer and metalloscope,etc. The results show that when0Cr17Ni4Cu4 Nb steel is used as long axis parts and its strength is equal,the shaft quality increases with the increase of toughness and plasticity.
