摘要
针对根据传统恒定载荷进行臂式斗轮堆取料机回转支承选型的不足,采用了另一种根据变载荷进行选型计算的方法。首先,分析明确了臂式斗轮堆取料机在堆料、取料作业工况下典型工作位置的选取原则;然后,总结了典型工况工作时间占总工作时间百分比的计算原则;最后,结合各位置的载荷组成,给出了在变载荷条件下该设备回转支承的选型计算方法,并举例验证了该选型方法相对恒定载荷法的优势所在。结果表明,选型结果更有适应于节能环保的新要求。
In view of the disadvantage of traditional model selection of the slewing support of the boomed bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer based on constant load, the paper applied another calculation and model selection method based on variable load. First, the principle of selecting typical working locations of the boomed bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer in stacking and reclaiming operation mode was analyzed and determined. And then, the principle of calculating the fraction of summation of working duration in various typical operation modes to total working duration was concluded. Finally, based on the loading constitution at each location, the calculation and model selection method for the slewing support in variable loading mode was offered. In addition, the advantage of the method compared with the constant load method was verified via example. The results showed the model selection results even more met the new requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.
