摘要
针对信息化技术的普及和人力资源考核的公平性和客观性的需求,提出一种基于K-means聚类的人力资源考核管理系统。文章就K-means聚类算法的原理、步骤等进行介绍,结合人力资源考核的要求和考核指标,对其功能模块、整体架构等进行设计,对各功能模块的实现进行详细的设计和编码,并给出部分功能模块实现的界面图。通过设计,为人力资源考核的客观性评价提供了新的参考,也进一步加强了信息技术在企业管理中的实践应用。
Aiming at the popularization of information technology and the demand of fairness and objectivity of human resource assess- ment,this paper puts forward a human resource management system based on K-means clustering. This article first introduced the K- means algorithm principle and procedures; secondly, combined with human resource assessment requirements, the design of specific assessment indicators;thirdly, combined with human resource assessment management system demand, the design of function modules, ar- chitecture and so on;finally, the design and Realization of the detailed encoding the function module, and gives the interface map part modules. Through the above design,it provides a new reference for the objectivity evaluation of human resource assessment, and further strengthens the practical application of information technology in enterprise management.
