摘要
基于中国地址通用标准及广东电网公司佛山供电局用电地址,建立了适合电力行业使用的地址树状模型,并对地址树的每一层级的具体含义给出了详细定义。根据该模型可以将现有用电地址逐条拆分并动态装配成地址树。在地址树构建过程中,通过对不同地址中所包含的地址元素在地址规范中的语义解析,形成地址元素的查错和自动补齐能力,实现通地址质量提升。同时,地址树上的地址也可以通过与地址规范的比对,形成量化地址质量评分,并能够帮助业务人员对存在问题的地址元素进行快速定位和批量修正。
Abstract:Based on normal address standard in China and user address from Foshan power grid, we created a tree-based address model suitable for power grid address analysis, defined regulation for each level and the connection rule among levels. By which, each address can be divided to address sections and reassembled to a full structured address tree. During this process, the model can analysis relations among address sections and insert lost address sections automatically to enhance the quality of the address. At mean time, the model can score the address by compare to address standard. The address score can guide business operators to locate and fix low quality address sections quickly.
