基于虚拟设计模式的过程设备设计研究

摘要 先对现阶段化学工业和过程设备设计的实际发展现状做出了简单的阐述,并指出了传统设计方法存在的不足。在过程设备设计的过程中需要遵循一定的基本原则:在确保安全性的条件下,需要最大化的实现经济性。当前,新设备设计面临的一个重要问题就是如何做到安全性和经济性两个方面的兼顾,在此背景下,新型的设计模式虚拟设计应运而生。文章中详细的介绍了过程设备设计的特点,还从深层次角度诠释了虚拟设计的概念、优点及一般方法。最后,介绍了旋流反应器的设计,对其内部的流场特性展开了深入的分析,确保了设备结构的合理化有着可靠的理论支持,通过这个具体的设计实例来说明虚拟设计在具体设备设计中的应用价值。 In this paper,the present situation of the chemical industry and process equipment design is briefly expounded, and the shortcomings of the traditional design methods are pointed out. In the process of equipment design, it is necessary to follow some basic principles :to ensure the safety of the conditions, we need to maximize the realization of economic. At present, one of the important problems facing the new equipment design is how to make the two aspects of security and economy balance. In this context, the new design pattern and virtual design emerge as the times require. In this paper, the characteristics of process equipment design are introduced in detail,and the concept, advantages and general methods of virtual design are explained from a deep perspective. Finally, introduces the design of the cyclone reactor, the internal flow characteristics of the in-depth analysis, to ensure the reasonable structure of the equipment has a reliable theory support, through the specific design examples to illustrate the application of virtual design in the design of specific e- quipment.
