车载网络通信电缆是机车(城市地铁、轻轨和铁路列车)网络通信的主要传输通道,其质量直接影响着机车的控制和信息传输精度。介绍了车载网络通信电缆结构设计的一种方案。详细介绍了车载网络通信电缆的导体、绝缘、包带、屏蔽层以及外护套的结构设计过程。通过理论分析、样品试制和试验验证相结合的方法,最终达到预期的设计目标。
The train network communication cable is the main transmission channel of the locomotive(underground,light rail railway and train)network communication.Its quality affects the control and the information transmission accuracy of the locomotive directly.A scheme of the structure design of train network communication cable is introduced.The structure design process of the cable,such as conductor,insulation,wrapping tape,shielding layer and outer sheath,is introduced in detail.Combining with theoretical analysis,sample trial production and test verification,the expected design goal is finally achieved.
