缆线分割机自动控制系统的设计

摘要 为解决制作皮线光缆跳线时皮线光缆分割不准且生产效率较低的问题,研发了一种缆线分割机。该缆线分割机自动控制系统主要由变频器、高精度计米器组成。变频器分别驱动收线、放线电机,通过控制收线电机的转速、储线架张力轮的变化、调节放线电机的速度,实现放线与收线的同步。计米器双输出信号控制收线变频器的多段速运行,实现收线电机缓慢减速,停机时能立可停下来,收线无滑行,计米(分割)准确。通过使用表明,该缆线分割机自动控制系统设计合理、实用性强、系统操作简单、控制性能稳定。 To solve the inaccurate segmentation of rubber-covered optical cable and lower production efficiency when making rubber-covered optical cable jumper,a cable separating machine is developed.The automatic control system of the machine is mainly composed of frequency converter and high precision meter counter.The frequency converter separately drives take-up motor and pay-off motor.The synchronization of taking up and paying off is realized by controlling the rotational speed of the take-up motor,varying tension wheel on store line shelf and adjusting the speed of pay-off motor.Multistage speed operation of take-up converter is controlled by double output signal of meter counter,thus the machine realizes the slow deceleration of take-up motor,can stop immediately when turning it off,there is no slide when taking up and metering(separating)accurately.The design of the automatic control system for the machine is reasonable,practical and simple to operate and the control performance is stable in practical use.
