悬索桥吊索新型轴套试验研究

摘要 轴套是设置在悬索桥吊索销轴与耳板之间的关键部件,因具有自由滑动的特性,能降低销轴与耳板的磨损。传统自润滑轴套已经不能满足现代悬索桥吊索的重载工况要求。为了解新型锡青铜轴套的磨损性能和使用寿命,设计了锡青铜轴套磨损试验。试验结果表明,冷却水能够有效降低销轴由于磨损产生的热量;随磨损循环次数的增加,轴套内径逐渐增大;固体自润滑剂可以大大提高轴套的耐磨性能;锡青铜轴套的使用寿命超过33年,耐久性明显优于传统自润滑轴套。 The bearing bush is arranged between pin shaft and ear plate of the bridge sling, which can reduce the wear of pin and ear plates due to its free sliding characteristics. The traditional self-lubricating bushing is not able to satisfy the heavy traffic duty. In order to study the wear properties and service life of tin bronze bearing bush of hangers on suspension bridges, Wear test of tin bronze bearing bush is designed by simulating the force and swing of hangers. The results indicate that cooling water can reduce the heat generated by wear of pivot effectively. The diameter of bearing bush increases with increasing cycles of wear. Solid self-lubricating material can greatly improve the wear properties of bearing bush. The service life of tin bronze bearing bush is more than 33 years, of which the durability is significantly better than traditional self-lubricating bushing.
