摘要
近年来,随着建筑业的飞速发展,新型建筑结构体系和个性化的建筑外形不断涌入人们的视野,大型化和复杂化是建筑结构发展的一大特点。结构形式的创新增加了施工过程中的风险,为建筑结构施工提出了新的技术难题,建筑施工方案的可行性和施工过程的安全性应得到充分保证。在产业升级的大环境下,建筑信息模型BIM得到越来越多的应用。传统钢结构施工技术存在构件结构复杂、信息共享工作量大等问题,采用BIM建模、可视化应用、信息管理共享应用,可解决该类问题。将BIM技术贯穿建筑项目决策阶段、设计阶段和施工阶段,可解决传统风险管理中的阶段性,低效性和被动胜等问题。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry, the new building structure system and personalized architectural form continue to flood into people's vision. The innovation of the structural form increases the risk in the construction process, and puts forward new technical problems for the construction of the building. Under the environment of industrial upgrading, the building information model BIM has been used more and more. The traditional steel structure construction technology has many problems, such as the complex structure of components, the heavy workload of information sharing, and so on, which can be solved by using BIM modeling, visual application and information management. The BIM technology can be used in the decision- making stage, design stage and construction stage of the construction project, which can solve the problems in the traditional risk management, such as the stage, low efficiency and passive.
